This year, our work has become more important than ever. The United States Supreme Court recently issued two harmful decisions: Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard and University of North Carolina, where the Court struck down the use of race as a “tip” in college admissions, and 303 Creative v. Elenis, a case where a business sought a license to discriminate against same-sex couples and LGBTQ customers, threatening nondiscrimination protections. Not to mention, hate crimes have nearly doubled since 2015. Communities around the country have witnessed some of the most horrific years of hatred in recent history, and the trend of increased hate is only expected to continue ahead of the 2024 election.

Alongside our coalition of small businesses, corporate partners, and nonprofit organizations, we’re cultivating a culture of belonging throughout the country. Over 694,000 small businesses have declared themselves Open to All on Yelp, a nearly 20% increase over two years. Our corporate partners exceed 80 brands, with new companies joining monthly.
