Together, J. Crew Group and the Federation of Southern Cooperatives are working to build equity in historically disadvantaged communities by funding learning programs, focusing on sustainability, and prioritizing regenerative agriculture. As a long-time member of Open to All, J. Crew Group has remained a consistent champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the retail industry and beyond.
