Open to All, the national nondiscrimination program based around the idea that everyone should be welcomed, valued, and respected, honored three corporations at the organization’s Annual Awards Dinner, coinciding with the Second Annual Open to All Convening held in San Francisco, California, on October 16 and 17.

Open to All is grateful to have a powerful coalition of over 80 corporate sponsors, 200+ nonprofit coalition members, and almost 700,000 small business partners. This year, three partners exemplified bold leadership in support of the Open to All coalition’s overarching goal of fostering inclusion and belonging within our nation and the larger world.

Open to All Innovation Award

Presented to J. Crew Group for their innovation in diversifying product assortment and for championing Open to All’s Mitigate Racial Bias in Retail Charter. To meet their goal of sustainably sourcing 100% of their key fibers by 2025, J. Crew vowed to deepen its relationship with the farmers who cultivate its fabrics by partnering with the Federation of Southern Cooperatives, an organization supporting Black farmers throughout the South. Together, J. Crew Group and the Federation of Southern Cooperatives are working to build equity in historically disadvantaged communities by funding learning programs, focusing on sustainability, and prioritizing regenerative agriculture. As a long-time member of Open to All, J. Crew Group has remained a consistent champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the retail industry and beyond.

Open to All Collaboration Award

This award is presented to Capri Holdings Limited for providing valuable resources for corporations to develop, manage, and grow employee resource groups (ERGs). On November 9, Open to All, Capri Holdings, and Seramount will release a wide-ranging toolkit set to transform the way businesses build and empower ERGs within their organizations.

Open to All Advocacy Award

This award was given to H&M for their leadership and cross-departmental approach to DEI, loss prevention, and sustainability. Their loss prevention work, rooted in customer service, is a model for the retail industry. As a visionary partner with Open to All, H&M has been instrumental in sharing best practices and striving to eliminate bias in retail.

Open to All would like to thank these impact-driven companies for their unwavering support of our coalition’s mission. We would also like to extend gratitude to all our corporate members, nonprofit partners, and small businesses that contribute to our collective impact.
