That’s why we’ve put together the Open to All Holiday Gift Guide, which includes companies of all sizes that invest in diversity, equity, and inclusion. With products at every price point from an array of inclusive retailers, the Holiday Gift Guide celebrates Open to All’s core principle that any business that is open to the public should make everyone feel welcomed, valued, and respected.

Featuring both large and small retailers, the Open to All Holiday Gift Guide creates the opportunity for customers to leverage their purchase power in support of businesses that share their values of inclusivity and respect. The Holiday Gift Guide blends the presence of iconic brands, including Coach, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Michael Kors, and Sephora, with one-of-a-kind presents from local enterprises.

The small businesses featured in our Holiday Gift Guide are locally-sourced, impact-driven, and minority-owned. Take, for example, Equality Vines, the world’s first cause wine portfolio dedicated to equality for all people. A percentage of all proceeds from their sales are donated or directed to partners working to advance equal rights.

You’ll also find the “We Are La Cocina” Cookbook in our Holiday Gift Guide. La Cocina is a non-profit organization supporting working-class food entrepreneurs who are primarily immigrant women and women of color. The cookbook combines recipes from 40 talented women, and all proceeds from its sales aid female entrepreneurs in building successful food enterprises in the San Francisco Bay Area.
